Historic interest, plus comfort and charm!

I had an open house today for friends and members of the NNJ Victorian Society. We had delicious cookies, and cider. Enough leftovers to offer the same refreshments for tomorrows open house From 2 to 4 pm. 109 Alexander Avenue…just East of Grove street. Wide clapboards, brownstone steps, 9 over 9 windows, original mantels, and an Armillary Sphere in the garden.
Large bright living room, and bright dining room. New York bus is on the corner. Newark airport 20 minutes away.
92 hear old neighbor explained the street was named after Alexander Graham Bell…and not paved for many years. This neighbor who served as a WAC during WWIi,has many stories to tell.
